I'm always fond of Chanel. If you follow me on instagram (@theweekendavenue), then you'll understand.
This is my first time purchasing a 'high end' nail polish. I've always thought that 'all nail polish are the same' from the prices to the quality of the product but it turned out to be different. The CHANEL 219 Black Satin is definitely worth the money! I paid $39.99 for it (and of course, Australia's pricing is off the charts in comparison to America. I assume it costs $25?) at the Chanel counter. The nail polish is a definite true black as one coat gives a full coverage; which I have never experienced with any other brands. After applying and letting the nails set to dry, the outcomes were great! My nails was left smooth and shiny in a rich black colour. Quick Tip: For a more glossy and patent look, apply top coat! Although the second photo does no justice, or perhaps you can see through the reflection, without a topcoat - it still gives a glossy effect. I am currently on my third day of wearing this 'Black Satin' nail polish. By far, the colours on my nails are still in perfect condition as of day one! I'm assuming that it will last for approximately a week and a half. Stay tuned within the following days or perhaps weeks as I will be reviewing another purchase I made from CHANEL.

They say 'money cannot buy happiness' but it can buy Chanel, and Chanel makes me happy!
