Don't you just love the feeling when you have completed all your exams? Well I do! Now that I have more time on my hands,
I'll be constantly posting. Nevertheless, I've been receiving compliments and questions in regards to my hair care routine and so I
decided to create a post.A year ago, I have always dyed the tips of my hair and as a result it led to dry and rough ends
until I discovered Toni & Guy. I've been using Toni & Guy for approximately a year and a half and let me tell you, there
was a major change. My hair felt so soft and the smoothness accentuated 'the' healthy hair look. Below, is my everyday
haircare routine as well as wanting to achieve a healthy look.
1) If you have damaged hair, it is highly recommended that you use the Shampoo for Damaged Hair. Gently, using the tips of your fingers and distribute the product through out the hair.
2) When applying conditioner to your hair, you always apply it approximately 5 - 10 cm away from your scalp or the ends. Why? This is because you are constantly producing oil from your scalp. If you apply conditioner to your scalp with naturally producing oil, your hair will end up turning oily. Alongside this, it is best that you wash your hair in cold - warm water and not hot. Leave the conditioner in for 3 minutes.
3) Next, apply the Reconstruction Mask. The holy grail product that saved my hair! How? This mask provides softness to your hair through nourishment. Leave it in for 5 minutes.
4) Once all the process is completed, it's time to blow dry your hair. But, before you blow dry your hair, it is important that you spray on some Heat Protection. This will essentially prevent your hair from being damaged.
5) Repeat the processes for a week or so and the results will be evident.

Quick Tips - Air dry your hair, do not brush your hair when it's wet. Why? When the hair is wet, it's much thin and has the tendency to snap/break. Using a paddle brush allows you to further achieve a smooth look.
